Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I just wanted to ask if it is against the law to write to a judge and voice your opinion on his rulings. My husband has been treated so unfairly by this biased judge and I want to let him know about it. I would not use profanity or be ignorant, but I am not going to sugar coat it either. The unjustice in the child support system is a travesty. A man does not have a prayer and I have watched my husband be treated like a piece of trash. He has been left penniless by this judge and I want him to know that I believe he is biased against men. Please let me know. I do not want to do anything that would get me in trouble, but I believe he should be told about it.

You have the right to send a letter to the judge. But, is there a chance that your husband might be in front of this judge again? If so, I would advise against writing the letter.

What is the legal issue that your husband is having? Is there a chance that he can appeal the judge's decision? In most cases the answer is yes.

I have a major issue with judge's that are biased.

I would love to assist you with this situation in any way that I can. Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at either [email protected] or at 330-447-7634.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
