Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am wanting to get a divorce from my husband. We have found to drift apart and have a lot of issues. We have been separated off and on for at least 3-4 years. My question is if I feel that my life is in harm, is there a way i can file for a CPO and they can have my husband leave the home?

As part of filing for divorce, you can request a TPO also (actually, you can do this without filing ). When you file for divorce, there are automatic orders put into effect that are meant to protect both parties. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Ed DiCato
