Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

welfare

If some one is one welfare and they are found to be in violation of the law such as not reporting income(They had their Boyfriend move in with them) Is the the botfriend in violation too? She is alreeady collecting benifits for children that she does not have living with her. She has collected from two or more jurisdictions at the some time. He is aware of her breaking the law. N o she has been caught and has been ordered to pay back over $4,000. Her boyfriend is aware of all of the violations. MY question is knowing these is he liable too?

I guess he could be charged with obstruction but I see a lot of these welfare fraud cases and I don't see that being done. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
