Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My wife and I have agreed to end our marriage of 13 years. Since we have no children and will only need to make a property settlement do we both need council or will one attorney suffice?

One attorney can assist you in preparing the documents for a dissolution. Even though both of you will agree to using the attorney, the court views it as the attorney representing one of you and allowing the other to get counsel if he or she desires it. When the couple agrees on an attorney, this is a formality.
