my wife ans I are getting a dissolution.My stepdaughter lives with me.all parties are in agreement on this.Can custody be set up in the dissolution papers and if so how?

Dissolution is a simplied divorce process because both parties can agree to all terms and conditions of the separation from the beginning. The process requires filing papers and motions with the domestic relations court in your county. Ultimately, other documents can be drawn up such as separation agreements and shared parenting plans.
