Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My wife cheated on me; I have her admitting to it in text and phone call recordings. In Ohio will I still be obligated to pay spousal support?

It depends. The Court does not look at that but will look at who made more money during the marriage, the length of the marriage, etc... There are a number of different factors that the Court examines before making the decision on whether or not a party pays spousal support. You can certainly present evidence of her infidelity and those text messages are good to have.
