Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My wife come home one day (Feb. 5,2010) and said she was leaving me because she couldnt take being married that it wasn't for her, no other explanation (moved out Feb. 8, 2010) with all her belongings. She told me if I wanted a officially end the marriage I would have to do it, she wouldn't contest anything. I need to know the quickest and easiest way to get dissolution of marriage. I presently live in Parma, Ohio and I want to relocate back home in Upstate New York and need to do this (ASAP).

What do I need to do? What parts can I do myself?

What parts do I need a lawyer for?

Nancy Fioritto Patete Nancy Fioritto Patete, Esq.

You can file for a dissolution of your marriage. If you want to handle the paperwork yourself, Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court has the documents on line. If you would like the help of an attorney, I would be happy to help. Which would go faster depends on how well you understand and follow the instructions for completing the documents and filing.
