Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My wife has left me and taken the kids. We have a house and a 9 month old together. Two kids (4 & 6 years old) come from a previous unmarried relationship that she has full custody of. Can she legally kick me out of the house? How hard would be for me to get custody of the baby?
