I think my wife is Lying about a miscarrage

my wife said she had a miscarrage and said she went to the drs and they confirmed it but when i asked to see the paper work from the drs she said she wont show them to me

do I have any legal rights to these documents as the father of the Miscarried Baby???

I think she just used it as another way to cause me stress pain and Guilt

The medical privacy laws are very restrictive. You would need her permission to speak to her M.D. A miscarriage can be a painful experience for everyone involved, but why should it cause guilt?
