Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
my wife and i have seperated. she ran my cell phone bill up and refused to pay the bill. now the phone is shut off and i have around a $300 phone bill. the agreement was for her to pay the bill if it was in my name. now she won't let me see my son. i was mostly a stay at home dad while she worked. i raised our son. he's almost 3 years old. what are my chances of fighting for full custody or visitation rights?

Do you have a legal seperation or have you two just agreed between you to seperate? If you are not legally seperated, you would first need to file for divorce and in that process request full custody. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me.

Divorced parents cannot deprive the other parent of visitation or shared parenting because of disputes over child support and similar money matters.
