my wife is on the survivor deed of this house that her mother owns do I have any legal rights to it

Likely not since it would be in her name. However, if you divorce your wife you may have rights to it or would be able to get additional property since she has the house. Also, it plans on what is done with the house. Are you planning on living there after your mother-in-law is deceased?
