Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Wife of 18 years left 4 weeks ago took a few clothes. Couple weeks ago she ask for a key to get rest of her clothes. She came Wednesday while I was at work and took a few more clothes still plenty left here and some marital assets worth about $300. What are my right on keeping her out???

If she is on the lease, if you are renting, or if she is on the title to the real estate she can come and go as she pleases until you get a restraining order. If you change the locks and she is on the lease or an owner she can break in.
