Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my ex wife's fiancee abused her (domestic violence). now she is going to let him back in. there has been nuberous threats of him going to kill her. myself being the non custodial parent is there any way i can keep my two children away from him/ get custody or my kids

Yes, you would have to return to court with evidence of this nature into order to be able to modify the order that allows the child's mother to be the custodial parent.
