Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Will
My parents decided to redo their will and at age 70 both sound mind decided to take my 4 other siblings out of the will and leave everything to me. Why because they do not speak to the other 4 and do not like they way they are treated. My question is, Can they contest this will and hold up the estate? Their lawyer told them it is hard to contest a will.

Re: Will
Yes, they can contest your parents' wills. This does not mean that the courts will agree with them that they also are beneficiaries, however.

Where do your parents live? The laws of the state of their residence govern.
