Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

i was just wondering a couple of things first off what does cotempt of court really mean also my next question is in a divorce situation about kids if i have to work weekend can i get them durning the week my kids are 3 and 2 and i live 3 countys away in a one bedroom apt my pre trial is in januray

A contempt of court means that a party has failed to obey the requirements imposed through a court (i.e., a judge's instructions to allow visitation). A fine or imprisonment may be imposed for a contempt of court. You may be able to share custody so that you have your children during the week.
