Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

No work for medical reasons

I have to pay spousal support.

I am having surgery and will be off work a minumin of 12 weeks. I have no disability insurance and will have no income. Is it possible to stop the support until I return to work?

Yes, you should be, but you will need to go through court for this.
