x -daughter in-law dosn't want child

My x-daughter does not want my grandson any more she gave him to me and said he was to bad.He is 4years old.My son is in jail.She has done this before.She will drop him and his sister off and we would not hear from her for weeks or months.We don't have the money for a lawyer and I don't want to go through family serves becasue she tell them to put them in foster care and not give them to us.

My suggestion is to go to juvenile court and try to get custody of the child changed to you. It is normal policy to place children with family so I would imagine that the child should be placed with you.

It would be my suggestion to have an attorney help you.
