Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
Adoption
My husband and I are adopting and baby and one or both of us must be with the child at all times for the first 6 weeks. I have a job that I am paid salery and have not benifits. Do I still fall under the FMLA law with adoption and needing to take 6 weeks off of work.

I believe that FMLA covers adoption, but like anything else, make sure you understand the policy and what your start/return dates are before you leave.
