Common law marriage

Can u advise if common law marriages are part of the rule for family medical leave act.

While I offer no legal opinion, and am not a Ohio lawyer, generally common-law marriages are valid, and if it was invalid where entered into, then it is a valid marriage. If you are validly married, you are eligible under the terms of the FMLA.
