Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio

Family Leave Act

I have worked for an employer for 11 years and I just went on maternity leave for 8 weeks. Where can I obtain family leave act papers to protect my job. I have been harassed to when I was coming back, and I still work for him at home but do not claim the hours? I just want to protect myself and my job. It is a company that only has 6 employees.

Fmla requires more than 6 but check with DOL.
