MY HUSBAND IS TO HAVE A SURGERY DO I GET A POINT FOR MISSING THE DAY OF HIS SURGERY?

I have no idea what you mean by "points", however, if you're otherwise eligible for FMLA leave,
you should be permitted to take it for the reason described (spouse's surgery).
