Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio

Landlord Tenate Act

I recently was forced to move from OH to KY and use the FMLA act to transfer with my job to be closer to my mother and to be able to take care of her. I was a renter in OH and gave them 30 day notice and they want two months rent to let me out of the lease, is there any consideration I can use under the FMLA Act!

No. the fmla does not void contracts. however you may file a declaratory judgment.
