Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio

I am 3 months pregnant and had to take a 12 week leave from work I got blood clots in my legs my boss said if I take it I will not be allowed a 6 week post par-tum or I will be fired is this true?

The company policy on FMLA can not contradict family medical leave act entitlements. It would appear that your bosses threat is without legal foundation. e -mail today for your free consultation.
