taking FMLA vs sick time
Can my employer make me take sick leave and also count my FMLA weeks at the sametime? Question #2 Can the employer make me use all my sick leave prior to me taking FMLA? I work for a County agency

Yes. An employer can require that sick time and FMLA leave run concurrently and/or can require that paid sick time be substituted for unpaid FMLA leave.
