Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
Usage of Sick Time
I have been on intermmitted leave to care for my mother. While I am on a fix schedule sit up by her doctor. I have been using my sick time from my job to do so. Now they are accounting my FMLA time against me in the usage of my sick time. I feel that they are punishing me for using my sick time, can they do that?

Yes. Sick and FMLA time can run concurrently.
