Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
I have been out of work on medical leave which my company was well aware of. They never offered the info on FMLA. Now they want to drop my mgmt position and put me on as a hourly position. What are my next steps?

Hire an employment lawyer. These are complex laws and you need some good legal advice. It appears that your employer violated the federal law but much more information is required.
