Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

$50-60,000 dollars lost

A lage number of us campers paid our 2009 fees upfront($1275 each) only to have the campground owners abscound with our money. They ordered the eclectricity turned off which means no water, sewage or campground showers,etc. Iam 71 years old and can't afford the loss.

Dear Campers: You may have a good civil and criminal case against the absconding campground owner/operators. Seek the assistance, guidance and counsel of an experienced Attorney, ASAP.
