It means you need to hire an attorney to defend yourself. Seriously.
Legally, it means that the Plaintiff is pointing the Court to its Complaint and stating that based on the Defendant(s) Answer (or lack thereof) the Plaintiff wins because no material issue of fact is in dispute, and therefore the Plaintiff is entitled to judgment in its favor.
