Auto Accident

I backed into a guy today at Chipotle.

We exchanged information and called

the cops, but they did not show. Is it

illegal to not admit hitting him now

by not showing up to meet him and

letting the cops cite me?My mom will

kill me because I can't get another

ticket

If it is on public property, you could be charged with hit/skip. If there are no injuries, you have up to 24 hours to turn yourself in. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
