Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
My children...
Hello my kids were invited to a friends house this past weekend.. They are 10 and 11.. They were having a party and a few other girls were invited. The mother of the friend let all the kids in their hot tub and let them have virgin pina coladas while in the hot tub.. Some drinks were spilled and they are blaming it on my children.. Who were not the only ones to spill anything.. Are we as parents responsible for this?

Generally, parents are not liable for the actions of their children, unless the parents had reason to know they child will cause some harm and failed to prevent it. In your case, it sounds like the kids were just playing around and some drinks were spilled. You are probably not responsible for this.
