Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

false contempt

My wife's ex-husband files contempts on her and then when we get to court he drops them. Is there anyway we can get him for a false contempt? Or really just money for the lawyer we had to pay for to go to court?

Yes, your lawyer that represented you should file a motion for sanctions.
