Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
Not at fault Termination
I was a teller at a Bank. I was a day off and the next day when I came back 2600$ were missing from my drawer (accessible to other employees). I was put on 2 weeks of suspension. There was a police inquiry. Nothing came out of it. There was no Poly Graphic Test (which I was willing to take). Nothing was informed to me. And after 4 weeks I was informed I was terminated. My records are good.I dont even have a driving ticket. Do I have any case against them?

You should definitely file for unemployment, and then let me know if you want any guidance.
