Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
My fiance recently ran off with another man and took a bunch of our stuff when she left while I was at work. The reason I say it was our stuff is because I bought it for the apartment in my name that WE were living in. The receipts and warranties are all in my name. Would there be any way to recover these items from her?

Technically, if you bought the items with your own money, did not give them to her as gifts or did not sell them to her, you may have at least a partial right to ownership in them. Her taking them away from you without your permission could be criminal and civil theft, which depending on the amount, could be very serious. I cannot advise you specifically on this because I do not know all the facts.
You might consider calling the police to report the incident and her whereabouts. You may also have the right to sue her civilly. You should contact a lawyer in your area to determine what is right for you. There are strict time limits for any civil suit you might have, so consult an attorney immediately.
