How to Find The Name of an Insurance co.that paid Insurance claim on burned hous
While seperated from wife. House fire occurred. her atty. sd. all my personal belongings were destroyed. Now divorced. Found out about fire 6 to 7 months after fact. Trying to find out name of insurance co. that paid claim in Ohio. Fire report does not have name in proper spaces on report. $67,000.00 om $195.000.00 house. Fire occurred in garage area where she, now exwife had put my personal belongings. she, exwife, offerred me $1000.00 through her lawyer. Need to know how I might find out the name of insurance co. that paid on claim. House in her and her fathers name at time of fire.

You can make a motion in the divorce court, subpoeana the ins company with the divorce court number. Should be easy..
