Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

i googled gift card images finding a home depot card up for sale by someone in another state. This person posted their card number and pin . i used it .. .. can i be held liable for spending it when they posted this information for all to see?

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid people are. How could someone post that kind of information? Nevertheless you committed theft by illegally using those numbers since you knew they did not belong to you.
