Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Lawsuit

I received a packet of information stating a lawsuit was filed against me for above reason. Don't know much about it called a number and they said it had to do with Limewire. A friend bought the program and put it on my computer. He has had it for 3 years and I have it for 6 months and have to deal with this. What happens or what do I do now? I contacted a lawyer that hasn't returned my call yet just just need my nerves calmed

Your first instict was correct, you must contact an attorney immediately. A response to the lawsuit must be filed within 28 days and failure to do so could result in a default judgment being granted against you. If the attorney does not return your call, find another attorney ASAP. Most attorneys will give you a free consultation.
