I had new carpet installed and they had to seam it together where the seam is you can see the seam, the company i bought and had the carpet installed told me that that it was my problem,keep in mind that the carpet is not even a month old , doesn't he have the obligation to repair or replace that part of the carpet..

Check your contract carefully....i would say they do have an obligation to fix that.
