Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
If I just lost the case my attorney could not prove injuries, can I obtain a new attorney and have the case heard again? This case was originally opened in 2005, automobile accident, head on.

No. Once a case had been heard and judgement rendered your only option is to appeal the verdict. In order to appeal the verdict you must be able to prove to the appeals court that there was some legal error that occurred during the trial that would have resulted in a different result. This is difficult to do. Your lawyer will probably tell you if he thought there was any error. Also, you have 30 days to file your notice of appeal. But in a nutshell, once you've lost the trial you cant simply try again.
