Minimal Legal Repayment

I worked through a medical staffing temp agency that over paid me a housing stipend. On my last contract they witheld housing stipend, bonus, and travel home expenses to recoup part of they moneys they over paid. I now work through a different agency. The original agency wants to set up repayment schedule to finish repayment. What is the minimal legal repayment amount per month that I can insist on making to satisfy the repayment?

Since the amount is owed it is technically owing now at 100%. Customary repayment is 5% of the principle a month for 24 months.
