Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

*** Misled before signing a lease agreement ***

I signed a lease for office equip. thru a supply co. The lease was thru a seperate leasing co. The supply co. said equip. I had could not be reprogrammed and i ''needed'' this new equip.from them.I later found out the supply co. misled me, & that my old equip. was just fine. So,I returned the new equip. next business day, cancelling transaction. The lease co. is now makding threatening calls because I didn't fulfill lease. Shouldn't Lease co. go after Supply co. to get their money back? Isn't there a ''three business days to cancell transaction'' law in Ohio? Because they are in New York and I'm in OHio, am I subject to NY law? Mind you, this all took place 4 years ago! Lease co. is now coming after me 4 years later when I thought this was taken care of! Thanks for your time !
