I want to object to a Magistrate,s Decision that was filed w/the court on Nov.13'06.Iknow there's not much time, but I'm not sure if I can get a transcript of the trial,so I need to know how to prepare an Affidavit of the evidence relevent to my objections in the findings of the case. Can someone please give me an example?!?!?

I have to tell you that you are going to mess this up unless you have a lawyer do this for you.
Contact me directly if you like. There's too much to it. You have to ask the magistrate first for a finding of facts and law.
