Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
I own & operate a small landscaping business in Cleveland, Ohio. I have a contract with a major health care facility. The contract that they wrote states the work I will do every week & the pay I will receive with the payment date listed for each month. They are 60 days behind on their payments & have informed me that the next payment will put them 90 days behind. I have lived up to my end of the contract with no complaints from the company. Is there any legal recourse for me to take to get my payments?
