Past employers neglagence changed me for life

I was injured on the job in 1997.I was told i had sprained my back.I found out recently i have problems with many disc

in my back and will never improved.The reason i was injured

was because my ex-employer did not want to shut down the plant to fix a leaking cooling tower which blew water all over the parking lot when i came to work one morning

I fell-one person hit a car-one hit the building.

It took them until noon to salt the lot.I got to work at 7am and was told the management had been informed about the problem and nothing was ever done to prevent what happened to me and the others.I have been on workers comp every sence I am in pain more often than not and feel

i desearve to be compansated for there neglagence
