Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
What can I do about a person who has put my photo and some personal info on gay dating sites, such as yahoo.com, gay.com and m4s.com. with out my concent? I have contacted these sites and ask them to remove it and they haven't, so can I sue this person?

In general, yes, you can sue in Ohio for invasion of privacy. You should ask yourself first--do I want the extra publicity a suit might bring, does the target defendant has assets that make a suit economically worthwhile, can I afford the time expenditure and expense that a suit would bring, etc. The practical question of should I sue is different from the strictly legal question of can I sue.
