photo consent forms
We are a not for profit and take pictures of events. Children without their parents are photographed doing activities. Who can sign for their consent to have their pictures published?

Generally, you will need a parent or legal guardian to consent. To avoid problems, it is probably best to try to get that consent before the pictures are taken if possible.
