Restraining Order
My son was verbally assulted and threatened by the parent of another schoolmate.My son is not a behavioral problem in school.He is now afraid that woman will be waiting for him at school.She has made no apologies.Do we have grounds for a restaining order?

I would contact the police and prosecutor and file a police report about this lady. This sounds like menacing, a criminal offense. Let the police handle it.
