Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Sister is on crack
my mom and dad are 83 and my sister is stealing them blind.Shes stolen my moms jewlery robbed my dad ,stolen his out door aquiptment like lawnmowers,tillers ,tools.what can we do to help, my mom and dad are in fairly good condition but when she comes around my mom has to go to the hospital.I think my mom and are scared of her and the men that she brings in there house.Please help me I dont no what to do bas she came in my home this past monday with 2 guys i never invited in,then started an argument with me over money.I no tey were going to rob me but i called the law and they left.T hank yoy--name removed--Scott

I think you should meet with your Mom and Dad's city prosecutor ASAP and tell him what's going on.
