my son has ask his live in girl friend to move out . She says he has to allow her ninty days. he lives in Ohio is this the law

No. That is not the law. Evicting a person requires 3-day notice, followed by the filing of an eviction lawsuit in your local court. Have your son consult/hire an attorney in your area for help.
