spray paint on my new volkswagon

my 2002 volkswagon parked in lot at work. house in front of workplace hired help to paint house (used for business). several cars and mine got a fine coat of white spray paint on our cars my car is black the lady (landlord) owner of house not willing to compensate.

You probably have to sue both the painters and the homeowner. Homeowner insurance should kick in.
