Statutory Agent

I have a case that has been in the courts for 3 years. - I

fire the attorney for not moving the case. The judge has

not moved on his removal for 2 years- so as the Statutory

Agent can I represent the corporation as Pro-se, I am also

the executive director of the (Non-profit) corp.
